Je n'ai pas encore reçu la commande, passée le 5 avril..le paiement a été effectué par virement instantané le 7/04 et exécuté. J'ai du relancer par mail le 9/05 et reçu une réponse le 19/05 pour une expédition dans les 15 jours Inutile de dire que je trouverai un autre fournisseur plus réactif la prochaine fois mais là, je suis coincée vu que j 'ai réglé la commande.

Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ce délai particulièrement long et pour le manque de suivi de votre commande.

Vous avez réglé par virement instantané le 7 avril et vous n’auriez pas dû attendre jusqu’au 19 mai pour obtenir une réponse après votre relance. L’annonce d’une expédition supplémentaire sous quinze jours, sans information régulière entre-temps, est également insuffisante.

Nous comprenons parfaitement votre mécontentement et le sentiment d’être bloquée après avoir payé. Même lorsqu’un produit connaît un retard d’approvisionnement, nous devons informer clairement le client et proposer une solution concrète.

Nous regrettons sincèrement cette expérience et prenons votre remarque au sérieux afin d’améliorer le suivi des commandes et notre réactivité.
